Can I cancel my booking?

Unfortunately, all bookings are final and non-refundable. However, you may request to change the date at least 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability and possible fees.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:30 AM sharp.

Are visitors allowed during the stay?

Only registered guests are allowed. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

What are the pool usage rules?

No lifeguard on duty. Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass items near the pool.

Can I play loud music?

Please respect our noise policy, especially after 10 PM. Outdoor speakers should be kept at a reasonable volume.

Is electricity limited?

We kindly request guests to conserve electricity. Please switch off AC and lights when not in use.

How can I reach the property?

You will receive a location map and instructions via WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed.

Do you provide towels and toiletries?

Basic toiletries are provided. We recommend guests to bring personal towels and extra amenities for comfort.

How can I confirm my booking?

After submitting the form, you will receive an email with bank details. Please complete the deposit within 1 hour to confirm.
