Terms and Conditions

• The remaining amount (if any) + the security deposit must be paid upon check-in

• Upon arrival, ask the employee to tour the place, and check the cleanliness and sterilization yourself, and if you have any comments, inform him immediately.

• Preserve the property, and do not be careless while using the contents

• Do not put soap and dirt inside the swimming pool

• Do not leave children alone inside or around the swimming pool (your children are your responsibility)

• Do not light fires in places other than those designated for barbecue

• Do not smoke inside the rooms and do not throw cigarette butts inside the farm (a fine of 300 dirhams)

• An additional fee be charged if the property is left excessively dirty. ( 500 dirhams).

• Check-in 03:00 PM check-out 11:00 AM (a fine of 500 dirhams)

• The employee must be informed before leaving to hand over the key and receive the security deposit.

• In the event of departure before the employee arrives, the security deposit will be deducted in full, and guests are responsible for any damages resulting from leaving the doors open.

Cancellation and Date Change Policy

• This reservation is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

• In case of no-show, the full amount will be deducted

• To change the date, you must contact us 48 hours before the arrival date, and a change fee may be applied

The resort management and the operating company are not responsible for any lost items.. Please take care of your things

الشروط والقوانين

• يجب دفع المبلغ المتبقي ( ان وُجِد ) + مبلغ التأمين في نفس وقت تسجيل الوصول

• عند الوصول اطلب من الموظف جولة في المكان , وتحقق بنفسك من النظافة والتعقيم , واذا كان لديك اي ملاحظة ابلغه بها في الحال.

• الحفاظ على الممتلكات , وعدم الاستهتار اثناء استخدام المحتويات

• عدم وضع الصابون , والأوساخ داخل حوض السباحة

• عدم ترك الأطفال بمفردهم داخل او في محيط حوض السباحة ( أطفالك مسؤليتك )

• عدم اشعال النار في غير الأماكن المخصصة للشواء

•  عدم التدخين داخل الغرف وعدم إلقاء أعقاب السجائر داخل المزرعة (غرامة مقدارها 300 درهم)

• يتم فرض غرامة إذا ترك العقار متسخًا بشكل مفرط.(غرامة مقدارها 500 درهم)

• تسجيل الوصول عند الساعة 03:00 م - والمغادرة عند الساعة 11:30 صباحاً ( اي مخالفة غرامة 500 درهم )

• يجب ابلاغ الموظف قبل المغادرة لتسليم المفتاح واستلام مبلغ التأمين

• في حال المغادرة قبل وصول الموظف يتم خصم مبلغ التأمين بالكامل , كما يتحمل الضيوف مسؤولية اي اضرار تنتج عن ترك الأبواب مفتوحة.

سياسة الإلغاء وتغيير التاريخ

• الحجز غير قابل للإسترداد ولا يمكن الغاؤه تحت اي ظرف.

• في حال عدم الحضور , يتم خصم المبلغ بالكامل

• لتغيير التاريخ يجب التواصل معنا قبل 48 ساعة من موعد الوصول وقد يتم فرض رسوم تغيير

إدارة المنتجع , والشركة المشغّلة , غير مسؤولة عن اي مفقودات .. يرجى الحرض على امتعتكم
